About Mt. Rainier Notary Co.

I founded Mt. Rainier Notary Co. with the goal of creating a professional, reliable, and approachable notary service for my community. I believe that professionalism and compassion should go hand in hand, and I strive to create an experience where clients feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout the notarization process.

Before beginning my work as a notary, I gained experience in the legal field as a legal assistant and now as a paralegal. My background has strengthened my attention to detail, organization, and understanding of how important accurate and dependable document services can be. I also earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with minors in Environmental Policy and Crime, Law, & Justice Studies. These educational experiences deepened my passion for justice, equitable treatment, and helping people navigate difficult situations with dignity and respect.

I know firsthand that many notarization appointments are connected to stressful, emotional, unexpected, or long-awaited life events. Whether someone is navigating a family matter, planning ahead, handling important paperwork, or facing a difficult transition, those situations can carry a lot of weight. Having experienced these challenging moments myself, I understand how valuable it is to work with someone who is calm, dependable, patient, and understanding. My goal is to help make the process feel a little easier and a little less overwhelming.

As a proud Pacific Northwest girl, I grew up in Oregon before moving to Washington for college and quickly fell in love with Tacoma and the surrounding community. The beauty of the PNW and the sense of connection here have made this area feel like home, and I’m proud to serve the people and communities throughout this beautiful state.

Outside of work, I’m an outdoors lover, a hobby enthusiast, and a proud pet parent to my cats, Chowder and Minestrone. I value genuine connection, kindness, and building lasting relationships - both personally and professionally.
